Tombs - Path Of Totality Cover

Tombs' black metal vibes are now a full-on deluge with 'Path Of Totality'...

Lemmy famously stated “if we move in next door to you, your lawn will die.” One could say the same of Tombs, although the state of your garden would be the least of your worries as you’re sucked into the gaping hellmouth that’s mysteriously appeared overnight. The black metal vibes that oozed through 09’s ‘Winter Hours’ are now a full-on deluge, with ferocious opener ‘Black Hole Of Summer’ owing nearly as much to Emperor as it does the gritty urban doom of Unearthly Trance. There are subtler, more introspective moments too, but through it all, Tombs’ darkness remains infinite and all-pervasive.
