Create To Inspire take things to the next level with their debut album.
Three years on from their impressive debut EP, ‘Halfway Home’, Create To Inspire continue their ascent with ‘Sickness’.
They still pack a ferocious sting in the tail, but there’s more emphasis on melody and texture here, the Essex group’s first full-length striking that heavy / soft sweet spot dead-on.
From the anthemic post-hardcore bounce of ‘Regret’ to the punchy and poetic ‘Adjust’, it’s certainly affecting stuff; Sean Midson effortlessly alternating croons and screams throughout.
But it’s the soaring emotion of ‘Loss’ that underlines just how far they’ve come and just how big their future could be.
