Capture The Crown - Reign Of Terror Cover

Capture The Crown seem to be playing it a bit safe on their second album 'Reign Of Terror'....

Making their Artery debut with their second full-length, Sydney metalcore outfit Capture The Crown play a safe yet solid hand with ‘Reign Of Terror’. Blasting through meaty breakdowns and clean choruses, ‘To Whom It May Concern’ is an undoubted highlight that slightly deviates from the formula. Further curveballs in the shape of ‘Beating The Blade’ (featuring some questionable rapping) and acoustic closer ‘Janina’ also offer moments of reprieve as well as nu metal influence. In the main, though, ‘Reign Of Terror’ will filter into the middle ground of obscurity amid countless other albums from bands of a similar ilk.
