In honour of their late vocalist Kyle Pavone, We Came As Romans were joined by members of Crown The Empire, Memphis May Fire, Hollywood Undead, Set It Off and more to honour his memory over the weekend in the band's hometown of Detroit.
In tribute to their late vocalist Kyle Pavone who passed away due to an accidental drug overdose in August, We Came As Romans held a special, one-off tribute show in his memory over the weekend in their hometown of Detroit, Michigan.
“Kyle’s favourite thing about music was how it brought people together” We Came As Romans co-vocalist Dave Stephens shared with the crowd- “Kyle’s life was so short, but this just shows how many people he reached and influenced. These songs meant the world to Kyle, this was his favourite place to be. He’d probably hate that we were all crying, but he wouldn’t hate this many people being in this room – and he wouldn’t have hated all his best friends being here and singing songs.”
The night was a celebration of Pavone's life, and saw We Came As Romans play a 17-song set with support from members of I Preval, Memphis May Fire, Set It Off and more. All proceeds are going towards the Kyle Pavone Foundation- find out more info on the Kyle Pavone Foundation here.
