FOB were forced to cancel their appearance at the show
Weezer's Rivers Cuomo paid tribute to Fall Out Boy during the band's Hella Mega Tour set yesterday (August 04).
Green Day, Fall Out Boy and Weezer have been touring stadiums across the US over the last two weeks but FOB were unfortunately forced to pull out of the New York show after one of their team tested positive for COVID. They will also miss the show in Boston set to take place today (August 05).
With many fans understandably left dissapointed, Weezer decided to mark the moment with frontman Rivers Cuomo leading a fan singalong from the stage.
Fall Out Boy had to pull out of the lineup for tonight and the next show because a crew member tested positive, so Weezer played Sugar We’re Going Down and I #HellaMegaTourpic.twitter.com/wssfjJQa0d
