Jim Adkins has released the latest episode of his new podcast Pass-Through Frequencies and his guest is none other than Dashboard Confessional's Chris Carrabba. 

As Jim states, the pair met each other on October 20 2000 at a 12-band show in new Jersey. So there is a whole lot of musical creativity to discuss. 

They talk through the success of making voice memos of ideas, different environments for recording, checking their egos and being brave enough to chuck away a good idea for the sake of the song. 

It's once again a fascinating insight into two of emo's most prolific names.
