The band's brilliant new album is out now.

Chunk! No, Captain Chunk!'
s new album 'Gone Are The Good Days', their first in six years, is finally here.

You should go and listen to it. It is excellent.

Anyway, the band have celebrated with the release of a video for one of the record's many highlights 'Complete You'. With a brutal breakdown, a glistening pop hook, a spine-tingling sax solo and an appearance from The Dangerous Summer's AJ Perdomo, it's ip there with the best songs that the band have ever released.

And the visual captures the carefree atmosphere of the song perfectly. It's a journey through the beautiful little bits of life, serving as a reminder to hold on them close whilst we have them. A sunset, a beer with friends, a visit to an iconic, it is all part of what makes living so wonderful.
