This is a moment for the history books.

Twenty One Pilots' 'Truce' has just been certified Gold in the US, and with its certification it's secured Twenty One Pilots a place in the history books.

With 'Truce' now being certified Gold, that means that every single track off Twenty One Pilots' 2013 album 'Vessel' has been certified Gold or Platinum. And this follows in the footsteps of their 2015 album 'Blurryface', which reached the same milestone last year - the first album in history to do so.

This is a particularly big deal, because it makes Twenty One Pilots the only act in history to have two entire albums worth of songs certified Gold or Platinum. No other artist has ever achieved this.

While the RIAA is yet to officially make an announcement about the certification of 'Truce', a representative of Twenty One Pilots has confirmed the certification to Rock Sound, sharing "'Vessel', the 2013 LP from Twenty One Pilots, has achieved a Gold & Platinum milestone with every individual track from the album receiving Gold, Platinum or Multi-Platinum certification from the RIAA.  Twenty One Pilots’ 2015 LP 'Blurryface' was the first album of the digital era to achieve this feat back in 2018, making the duo from Columbus, OH the first artist / group with two albums to reach this landmark achievement. 'Vessel' and 'Blurryface' share a combined 8 Billion on-demand audio streams worldwide.

"The milestone was achieved with the recent Gold certification of 'Truce'. Now all 12 songs from 'Vessel' have earned certification under the RIAA’s Gold & Platinum Program.  No other artist or group has tallied two albums with their individual songs reaching this collective milestone."

Additionally, frontman Tyler Joseph posted a short video message on his Instagram story, celebrating the monumental milestone, sharing"Thanks for listening to our music guys. You're obviously the reasons we get any accolade, or acknowledgement. And even though we don't talk about it very often, I realise now that it's important for you to know that I'm proud of you."

And we're proud of Twenty One Pilots. What a band.
