Twenty One Pilots shows have a reputation for being intense - but did you know that the first ever Pilots show was shut down by the police?
Speaking to BBC during the Big Weekend in Middlesborough, Josh Dun shared that they only got through one song before the whole show was shut down by the cops.
"We got one song in, and it got shut down by the police," Josh shared about the first Twenty One Pilots show, which took place on a college campus in their home state of Ohio, in "somebody's backyard".
"Before the police came, I remember thinking how exhausted I was after one song," Josh said. "Over time you learn to budget energy within a set."
But it's those early shows that really helped them to craft their performance, and made them the performers they are today, with Tyler Joseph sharing "We figured out who we were in front of no-one... Every day we get on stage, we learn a little bit more."
He continued "We put in those hours and those years on stage learning how to talk to a crowd, how to relate to a crowd and how to put on a show."
From humble beginnings, to one of the biggest bands in the world.
