The Rasmus have qualified for the 2022 Eurovision Song Contest.
The band will represent Finland at the event with their song 'Jezebel' following a landslide victory at selection show Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu (UMK) this weekend (February 26), winning a total of 310 points from the international jury and Finnish public vote.

In a statement, frontman Lauri Ylönen said "We did it! We are so happy. It was a super tough competition, all the other songs were very good. We were preparing so hard for this for six months. We are really taken and honored and we will be working like pigs to represent Finland in the best way in Turin."
The Eurovision Song Contest will be held in Turin, Italy May 10-14, with Finland competing in the second semifinal on May 12.
