The TBS frontman gives us an insight on the making of 'Happiness Is' in the new issue of Rock Sound...

If you haven't picked up the new issue of Rock Sound yet, you're missing out on big-ass news feature with Taking Back Sunday's Adam Lazzara. In it, he speaks candidly about how the band's forthcoming sixth album, 'Happiness Is', came together.

“After the self-titled record, we made a decision that every aspect of our songs would be a complete collaboration, so it’s been all five minds working on [this record]," he told us. "That sometimes causes some roadblocks, but I think the end product is really true to the group of us, and it’s definitely an adventure when you have a complete democracy."

Speaking of the album's subject matter, he continued, "There’s more of a grown-up theme to it. We’re not writing about politics and paying taxes or anything, but I'm not writing as a teen. I’m writing as a man.”
