Softcult Have Released A Dark & Dreamy Cover Of Nirvana’s ‘Been A Son’
A classic, through the twin's unique lens.
Softcult have continued their ascent to the top with a little bit of fun along the way.
That's by covering some legends.
Those legends are Nirvana and the song is 'Been A Son', which appeared originally on the 'Blew' EP from 1989.
And the band take it and make it their own brilliantly.
Bringing in layers of silk and satin to the harsher notes of the original, whilst losing none of the melancholic intensity, it's a homage as much as a brilliant showcase of everything that makes both bands so wonderful.
