The follow-up to 'How It Feels To Be Lost' is taking shape.

It's been a busy few months for Kellin Quinn

On one hand Sleeping With Sirens have released a deluxe version of their latest album 'How It Feels To Be Lost', featuring a new track and some acoustic goodies.

On the other, he has just put out an EP called 'Whatever This Is' under his new Downer Inc. moniker.

Though now his attention is shifting towards what the next Sirens project is going to look like.

We asked whether there were more Downer Inc songs in the works in our recent Video Call with him, but he stated that there are more Sirens songs in the works right now..

"We already have six or seven songs in that world right now. That’s where I am with that and that kind of takes priority. But we will see what happens. If I’m inspired or if there’s a song that doesn’t work for Sirens that I could use, then we’ll explore that later."

And when asked what the new Sirens songs are sounding like, and if they will continue down the same heavier path as their previous effort, he said this...

"I think that the songs we’ve been working on lately are a continual journey into that sort of space but more in an angstier world. Jack [Fowler, guitarist] and I have made it know that this next record we wanted to be the headline Reading and Leeds festival album that’s full of energy and bangers and crowd participation and stuff like that. We’re literally writing it with that in mind so that when we can go back out on tour we have an album that from start to finish can keep the energy up."

Doesn't that sound great?
