TMZ reports that Five Finger Death Punch are being sued by their record label Prospect Park.
Frontman Ivan Moody's alleged alcohol addiction reportedly affects the band's music, and the label said the band are "shamelessly attempting to cash in before the anticipated downfall of their addicted bandmate."
Prospect Park also claimed 5FDP members admitted they were rushing their new album before "Ivan does something stupid -- dies -- goes away to jail."
The band, however, are quoted as saying they think their label is "desperately trying to use 5FDP as leverage" and doesn't have any evidence to support their case.
Five Finger Death Punch released their latest album 'Got Your Six' last year and are set to play Reading & Leeds Festival this summer.
