Dan and Kyle join us on the Rock Sound Podcast to chat all things Album Three.

SO HOW IS THE WRITING FOR THE NEW ALBUM GOING?
Kyle Fasel (bass):
"We've been writing for a while and, not to say that we didn't in the past, I feel like we've been communicating more as a band and instead of it being 'this is what we're going to write, it sounds cool' it's everyone being much more open with what they want to do and where we want to go with the sound.

"It's defintely not there yet but we have a lot of music written. More than enough probably. After this tour we're going to go home and piece it all together.

"I feel like time is something that we have never really had in the past when it comes to writing. This one we really started writing early. Not heavily, but we started the process."

HAS IT BEEN QUITE AN ORGANIC PROCESS?
Dan Lambton (vocalist):
"It's nice to be able to do it at more of a leisurely pace instead of feeling like a chicken with its head cut off."

Kyle: "We've been a band for seven years and even going into our second record I didn't feel like we went in early enough. We were heavily writing on the road which is very stressful.

We would never write a record while touring again. It's a lot, but that's what it is to be in a band. It's all about time management. It's great to do this and we love it but you learn that you can't always be going 150mph. You have to be able to do certain things and not do certain things."
