The band will also be heading out on some huge tours soon: with Muse and Thirty Seconds To Mars in the US, plus The Amity Affliction, Beartooth and Make Them Suffer in Australia.
Here's what Lynn Gunn had to say about their new material, when we caught up with her back in Issue 222:
“...I think the inspirations and themes will be much more subtly placed and tasteful than before. It’s still very heavy-hearted and not shy of discussing the darker end of human emotions, though.”
“There is definitely a pressure looming above this record, as with any band’s second record. But writing and the creative process is my favorite part of what we do, so I am more excited than anything else. It’s thrilling and encouraging to know that people are eager to hear what’s next – not every band have the privilege of being able to say that. It’s pressure but it’s a very good pressure.”
Excuse us while we float up the walls in excitement:
There's an awesome illustrated poster of PVRIS in the new Rock Sound!
