Moros Eros have split from the label they released previous albums 'I Saw The Devil Last Night And Now The Sun Shines Bright' and 'Jealous Me Was Killed By Curiosity' with.

Bobby Theberge revealed on MySpace: "Moros Eros has been released from it's contract with Victory Records. Moros Eros will not break up. It's members will be pursuing other endeavors while continuing Moros' responsibilities."

It is thought the band will still play their show at The Masquerade in Atlanta, Georgia on March 6th.
