The Manchester lads are back at it again.

Ahead of their run on the Rock Sound Breakout Stage at Slam Dunk this weekend, Milestones have released the official music video for their new single 'Once Upon A Time'.

Speaking about the meaning behind the video, frontman Matt Clarke has said “'Once Upon A Time' is a song that was about a speech phobia I suffered from whilst growing up. It’s about how you can turn any fear or hurdle in life into a positive and strive for greatness. I suppose it’s really about not allowing an issue to define or swallow you; but instead allow it to motivate you to become better and shape you in a positive light - which is really what we tried to reflect in the video.”

So all in all, it's a pretty motivational song and video.
