"Before you freak out I am not quitting making videos or music. I'm just done with investing in YouTube itself."

Jarrod Alonge
has announced in a video that he is quitting YouTube.

It appears that Alonge is against YouTube not promoting and investing in original content creators as much as they used to.

"Before you freak out I am not quitting making videos or music. My content is actually going to stay exactly the same. I'm just done with investing in YouTube itself.

I've put a lot of blood and sweat in to building this channel over the years and I would prefer to take what I have cultivated with me.

YouTube was built by original creators. It's the reason the platform was so big to begin with, but now the platform is a sinking ship called the Titanic and we are all going to die."

Yikes.
