Inside the current issue of Rock Sound, we go into all of Hot Milk frontwoman Han Mee's firsts! Everything from the first band she toured with, through to the song she ever wrote - and notably the first album she ever fell in love with.

“It was probably ‘Dookie’ by Green Day," Han shared. "I remember going to HMV with my mum when I was nine years old, and because the album cover is in a cartoon style, I thought it was something for kids. I told my mum that I wanted it, and she didn’t know what it was either, so she bought it for me. I think my mum thought it was full of children’s songs, but little did she know how that album would both make and ruin my life simultaneously. So that was kind of a happy accident, and the rest is history!”

A woman of taste, even from the age of nine. We truly have no choice but to stan.
