Evanescence’s ‘My Immortal’ Has Been Certified Platinum In The UK

One of the most haunting ballads ever hits a huge milestone.

Evanescence's iconic ballad 'My Immortal' has been certfified Platinum in the UK. 

That's the equivalent of 600,000 sales, which is absolutely massive. 

The track appears on the band's 2003 album 'Fallen' which is currently 4x Platinum, the equivalent of 1.2 million sales. 

The track is also the second from the record to hit the Platinum level, with 'Bring Me To Life' currently sitting pretty at 2x Platinum. 'Going Under', the album's other single, is currently Gold. 

The video for the track is also on its way to reaching 1 billion views, currently sitting at just over 700 million. Wow.
