Frank Turner adds his voice to the Rock Sound Election Debate!

We've had all sorts of views expressed in our Election Debate so far!

As time for talking winds down Frank Turner offers his views on the situation to Rock Sound.

Will you be voting in this year's General Election?
"Probably not, for a number of reasons. Partly it's practical - I'm not in the UK on May 6th, and I've been out of the country for so long that I
didn't have time to sort a postal vote. I do think voting is on the whole important, but the three main parties offer nothing of any interest to me (Lib Dems definitely included). It's hard to know who to support, when they are all essentially different shades of big-state social democrats."

What political issues matter to you and why? Which issues do you think will define this campaign?
"I'm interested in freedom, first and foremost. I'm also bothered about the absolute destruction of our economy by Labour, and the absence of any plan to deal with it by everyone. The issues that define the campaign will mostly be distractional bullshit."

Finally, which party will you be voting for and why?
"Spoiling the ballot is worth considering, though again it's hard for me to do from China! New Labour have ruined our economy and dismantled our ancient freedoms, and should be bulldozed into the sea. Cameron's Conservatives are media constructs offering no real change, and the Lib Dms are simply laughable. A tough one."
