Bullet For My Valentine have been talking up their headline performance on the Ronnie James Dio Stage at Download 2010. Excited is not the word:
"It's an incredible honour to play the stage under normal circumstances and we're super proud to be part of such a prestigious event," lead singer Matt Tuck said at a press conference in the backstage area moments ago. "It's good to play on the Friday as well, especially at a potentially rainy festival, we get everyone while they are still fresh and up for it...and if the reaction we get tonight is anything like what we've been seeing in America for the last five weeks we are in for an insane show."
What makes Download that different to the other festivals?
"It's just the vibe," he continued. "For the artist especially the backstage area is great and you get really looked after, we get treated so well and we actually feel like rock stars when we are here!"
