It's the band's first on their new home of Rude Records.
Delaire The Liar have kicked off a new chapter in some style with the release of a new track.
It's called 'Halloween' and is the band's first since their signing to Rude Records.
And it is everything.
Combining the frantic and unpredictable sound of their previous work with even more drama, melody and punk-rock soul, the song feels like the past and future fighting to the death. Throat-tearing harmonies, punishing emo riffs and tear-stained lyrics aplenty, it's a truly exciting taster of what the band have been building.
The band had this to say about the tune:
"The song itself is about exhausted options, desperation and sacrifice. What would you give if you’re at the end of your rope? What cost is too high to regain something you’ve lost? How far can grief push you to spend your own life in place of someone else’s. And whether you ever really valued your life at all."

It's the first music from the band this year, following two singles dropping at the start of 2020.
