Legends only.

Halsey has revealed the sweet reaction that Panic! At The Disco frontman Brendon Urie had to hearing her story of being bullied in school for being a fan of Panic! At The Disco.

Speaking to NME, she shared “I remember having this wristband from the pit [at one of the shows], and Brendon Urie being on the edge of the stage and acknowledging me… so I wore that wristband every day. I even covered it with plastic when I showered so it wouldn’t fall off.”

She continues to describe how in a physical altercation with a bully at school, her prized wristband was broken, sharing “I was devastated… I couldn’t understand how somebody could be so mean.”

Fast forward a number of years, and Halsey is performing alongside the likes of her hero Brendon Urie, and she recounted how Brendon reacted to hearing the story of her high school bullies- “I went back to my dressing room after [a show of mine he came to recently]…and there was a bouquet of flowers and two plastic Panic! At the Disco wristbands, with a little note that said: “This is to replace the one you lost.”

Bit of a nice guy, that Mr. Disco.
