And we now know who the other members of the band are.

It was only last week that the veil of secrecy around the rumoured new Billie Joe Armstrong band The Longshot was lifted, and Billie Joe hasn't slowed down on the project since.

After the band's four-track debut EP dropped last week, The Longshot had their live debut at 1-2-3-4 Go! Records in Oakland, California over the weekend. The show was announced at the very last minute, with tickets available for $15 on a first come first serve basis.

And because they've had their live debut, we now know who the additional members of the band are that join Billie Joe. Green Day touring guitarist Jeff Matika is on bass and vocals, Kevin Preston takes guitar and David S. Field is on drums.

The band also sold the EP on 7" vinyl at the show, and have made limited copies available for purchase from Broken Guitars in Oakland, California.
