Is a third Number One album on the horizon?

Biffy Clyro released their brand new album 'A Celebration Of Endings' last Friday, and it's already on course to be a huge milestone for them.

The album is currently sitting pretty at the top of the midweek UK Albums Chart, which is pretty ace isn't it?

If that's not enough, the band are also outselling the rest of the top 5 combined!

If things stay the same, the record will be the band's third to top the charts. The other two are 13's 'Opposites' and '16's 'Ellipsis'. So that would make it three in a row. Before 'Opposites', the band's highest placed album was '07's 'Puzzle' which peaked at No.02.

And whilst we're here, would you like to know which of the band's singles have hit the Top 10? Course you do.

Their highest charting single is 'Mountains', which peaked at No.05, closely followed by 'Many Of Horror' which peaked at No.08 and then 'That Golden Rule' which peaked at No.10.

So now you know!

Here's the brilliant 'Cop Syrup:

We spoke to frontman Simon Neil just before the album's release all about how it was made via Video Call. You can catch up with it here:

And if you fancy picking up a copy of the album, you can get it on both Vinyl and CD from our mates at EMP.
