Congrats lads!

Biffy Clyro's recent album 'A Celebration Of Endings' has picked up its first award!

The band were winners of the Album Of The Year Award at this weekend's Scottish Music Awards.

They had this to say as their acceptance speech:

“Hello everybody, we hope you’re well! Thank you so much for the Scottish Music Award Album of the Year, it means a lot to us. When we started recording this record last year, I guess like everyone else, we had no idea what 2020 held in store, but you know what, the power of music and art feels more important than ever this year.

"We’ll all be back together soon I hope, we love you guys, we miss you guys. Stay safe, stay healthy, stay positive, and mon the fucking Biff!”

You can watch the full ceremony right HERE. You can watch Biffy's acceptance, alongside footage from their recent livestream from the Barrowlands, from 2:02:50.

The band recently recorded a beautiful orchestral version of their track 'Space' at Abbey Road Studios. You can get lost in it below:

And if you like things a bit rowdier, here's 'Tiny Indoor Fireworks':

We caught up with Simon via Video Call around the release of 'A Celebration Of Endings'. You can catch up with that here:
