In case it needed clarifying.

The Architects Registration Board - which regulates architects (not that one) in the UK - "will not take action" against Architects (yes, that one) for 

According to a report by Building Design Online, a retired architect enquired about whether the band were legally allowed to use their name, seeing as they're not legally registered architects.

Spoiler: of course they are, because the last time we checked, they were moshing and not designing buildings.

BDonline note: "It is illegal to practise as an architect if you are not on the register, but things become less clear if the word is used by someone who is not offering their services as a designer of buildings."
