"I’m really excited to see where Black Veil goes, because I feel like it’s going to be something entirely different." - Andy Biersack.

Andy Biersack isn't just the frontman of Black Veil Brides - he's also a solo artist in his own right, and an actor to boot. Inside the Lights issue of Rock Sound, we go in-depth in a massive career-spanning interview with Andy in Any Question Answered - pick up your copy now from SHOP.ROCKSOUND.TV.

Speaking with Rock Sound about the future of Black Veil Brides, Andy shed a little light on what's next for the band.

“The most recent Black Veil record was intentionally sad in many ways. I decided very early on that I wanted it to be the end to the ‘Wretched And Divine’ story. I was… not killing it off, but ending an element of the band’s story," Andy shared. "Now I’m really excited to see where Black Veil goes, because I feel like it’s going to be something entirely different. That’s not to say that we’ll change so much sonically that fans won’t enjoy it, but in my mind creatively, the slate is clean.

"First we’re doing something that I’ve been talking about doing since 2013, which is to rerecord and reimagine our first record. We’ll put some new songs in there, we’ll put in some stuff  that people haven’t heard, try to include a lot of fun things from that early, make-up era of the band. Then moving forward, it’s a whole new chapter. There’s no way that I wouldn’t have Black Veil as part of my life in some capacity. It’s the name I’ve gone by since I was 16.”
