Chrissy talks music this month.

Against The Current's Chrissy Costanza talks Rock Sound through the contents of her iPod in this month's magazine. Here's a taste of what went down.

THE SONG THAT SUMS UP WHERE I’M AT IN MY LIFE RIGHT NOW
THE DANGEROUS SUMMER - 'THIS IS WAR'
"The first line stands out for me, 'My heart woke up my head like a thunderstorm'. It makes me think of where we’re at as a band right now; we’ve got all these plans laid out and we’re ready to go to war, to get this thing done.

"There are struggles and worries, but in the end there’s hope. It makes me think, 'Alright, I’m ready to do this, I’m not going to keep getting lost inside my head.'"

THE SONG THAT MAKES ME THINK EVERYTHING'S GONNA BE OKAY
INCUBUS - ‘DRIVE’
"This might not put you in the happiest mood, but it’s honest. It says a lot about taking the wheel of your own life, and not letting fear or uncertainty take over.

"The chorus goes, ‘Whatever tomorrow brings, I’ll be there’, and that’s a great message. Especially for someone in the music world, which is so fickle. It’s too easy to just let things get to you."
