Billboard is reporting that a company called Round Hill Music have purchased the rights to a number of The Offspring's albums for a whopping $35 million.

The deal includes the band's albums 'Americana', 'Conspiracy Of One' and more, but the band's classic 'Smash' is still owned by Epitaph Records.

"We felt that having the right caretaker for our catalogue, both the masters and the publishing, is incredibly important to the future of our career," said frontman Dexter Holland.
