A Bus Fire, Stuck In A Desert, Missing Puppy Day- Trash Boat Are Having A Hard Warped Tour Run

You have to feel for them.

There's always a couple of casualties each year when it comes to Warped Tour buses. This year Trash Boat have so far bore the brunt of it, and have missed the past three Warped Tour dates due to two separate bus breakdowns within the space of 48 hours.

Their story is truly a tale of hope and loss, starting with hope that the issue would be easily resolved:

Then they accepted that they wouldn't make it to Utah after all:

But there was hope! It looked like they would make it to Denver!

But after 22 hours in the Nevada desert, they had to accept that Denver wasn't happening:

And today, they've shared a message updating everyone on what's going on on their end, which you can read in full below:
"Hey Warped Tour. Here's an update on our situation for anyone who's out of the loop. The night after the Las Vegas our bus caught fire and we were left stranded for 24 hours waiting for a replacement bus causing us to miss the show in Salt Lake City. That bus then also broke down on the way to Denver making us miss that show too. After being stuck in the desert for 60 hours now, we're going to rent a vehicle to make out way to Kansas. This means unfortunately we're not going to be able to make the show in St Louis tomorrow. We're very sorry and we hope to join the tour again in Kansas. Thanks for understanding.

TB x"

And as if we didn't already feel bad for them, they also missed Warped Tour's puppy day (which was an absolute gift, which you should catch up on here if you missed it).

Godspeed, Trash Boat. You have the whole scene thinking of you.
