"Summer is happening. Get your ticket while you can."

2000 Trees
have released a statement revealing that this year's festival will still be going ahead.

The news comes following the new roadmap set out by the UK government on Monday saying that big ticketed events will be allowed to take place from June 21.

You can read their message below:

“Hey friends!

After the freaking awesome new on Monday, that festivals & events should be able to return from the 21st June, we’re here to tell you that we are now FULL. STEAM. AHEAD for 2000 Trees this July.

With the vaccine rollout going awesomely well & the target of getting every adult in the UK a vaccine by the end of July we’re super stoke that things are finally looking up!

We’ve already had a massive flurry of ticket sales since Monday night & we’re well on the way to a sell out year (imagine that).

Summer is happening. Get your ticket while you can.”

As of now, the festival is set to be headlined by Jimmy Eat World and Thrice, with another name yet to be added.
