The frontman's recently chopped off locks will be going to a very good cause.
Biffy Clyro's Simon Neil has found a good use for his recently abandoned long hair - it is being donated to charity.
The singer recently posted a picture on social media of him holding his cut off ponytail which prompted a pretty extreme reaction from fans, much to the shock of Simon:
"There were a couple like 'You fucking idiot! What are you doing?'. I was quite surprised to be quite honest...I can't believe how much people care about something like that. I mean it's great, hopefully I don't look too bad. Hopefully you've forgiven me guys."
But when Ben suggests he should put it up for sale, Simon revealed a much better plan he has in mind for the now infamous hair:
"It's going to a charity to make wigs."
Seems like a fitting purpose.
