They're that good.

When Riot Fest announced its huge inital line-up yesterday, it got us thinking about all the great festivals we're considering packing up and flying to this year.

Here's what places other than the UK have to offer this summer.

TASTE OF CHAOS FESTIVAL
What better way to end the Taste Of Chaos Tour than with a festival that has Taking Back SundayDashboard ConfessionalSaosin and an additional bunch of bands on the bill?

RIOT FEST
Spread over two weekends in Denver and Colorado, Riot Fest hosts final, reunion and other special shows of bands like MisifitsMotion City Soundtrack and Frank Iero's Death Spells. And that's before we even think about mentioning All Time LowPierce The Veil and Creeper.

AMNESIA ROCKFEST
This massive Canadian festival features the likes of Blink-182A Day To RememberBring Me The HorizonSum 41Underoath and Against Me!. Need we say more?

PUKKELPOP
It's no secret that Belgium knows how to festival. With a line-up that includes Biffy ClyroState Champs and Sleeping With Sirens, this year's Pukkelpop promises to be a good one.

CHICAGO OPEN AIR
Slipknot, Marilyn Manson, Of Mice & MenBABYMETALBeartoothletlive. and Asking Alexandria all in one place? Yep, that's a thing.

OZZFEST MEETS KNOTFEST
It's cool when bands have their own festivals, but it's even better when two bands combine their festivals into one huge weekend. Headliners Slipknot and Black Sabbath will be joined by Disturbed, SlayerHatebreed and Suicide Silence, for Ozzfest Meets Knotfest later this year.

ROCK ALLEGIANCE
Here are a list of names that have us very, very excited. Avenged Sevenfold. Pierce The Veil. Of Mice & Men. Count. Us. In.

ROSKILDE FESTIVAL
Danish Roskilde Festival has Biffy ClyroBring Me The HorizonAt The Drive-In and Tenacious D lined up to play next month. Not bad. Not bad at all.

Now, excuse us while we try to supress the urge to spend all of our money on festival tickets.
