Because even band members age, apparently?!

A new craze is sweeping the nation- it's the 10 Year Challenge!

You've seen it. We've seen it. But for clarity, basically you post a photo of yourself from 10 years ago, and a photo of you now- and let everyone react to your glow-up (or down, there's no judgement here, everyone's on their own journey and path here).

And as much as all of your friends have flooded your feeds with this for the past few days, there are genuinely some gems out there. So we had a dig and found the bands and band members who have participated in the 10 Year Challenge, just for you! Check them out:

Memphis May Fire's Matty Mullins, who admittedly didn't take the whole thing super seriously:

Tay Jardine from Sainte and We Are The In Crowd may have dropped the emo fringe...

Okay 2009 Tay- lets have a talk... #10yearchallenge

Palaye Royale frontman Remington Leith has changed a whole lot

Lucas Woodland from Holding Absence looked basically as emo as we all did 10 years ago

New Years Day frontwoman Ash Costello has had a glow-up both physically, but most importantly mentally

10 years ago I started my journey. 1 decade. Of perseverance. Of bad times. Of great times. A lot of doors shut in my face. A lot of no’s. A lot of hardships. And I had bangs, was sickening thin, no confidence in showing my body, only 2 tattoos and was just a baby And also so many doors opening, so many yes’s, transforming myself into my own vision of who I felt I was and wanted to be, and so many true believers. And no matter what I was going thru, one thing always remained true.... I NEVER gave up. I never looked back. I never stopped. And I’ll continue to do that for another 10 years, and then another 10 years. Because overnight success stories, don’t happen overnight. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Danny Worsnop has reflected on his past 10 years too

And in that moment weren't we truly all Waterparks' Awsten Knight

We The Kings frontman Travis Clark has multiplied

10 years and 2 kids later. 2009 vs. 2019. Clearly I’m killing it.

Beartooth's Caleb Shomo was looking pretty fresh-faced 10 years ago

The All-American Rejects' glow-up will 'Give You Hell'...

And lastly, this one of All Time Low's Alex Gaskarth is definitely worth a nod.

Three cheers for 10 more years!
