February was a mixed month. Kids In Glass Houses announced the end, but the Rock Sound Impericon Exposure Tour got underway and we just had all of the fun out on the road. Meanwhile, Fall Out Bird ruined everyone's lives. Here's what else you missed...

KIDS IN GLASS HOUSES ANNOUNCE SPLIT :(
There was sad news in February as Aled, Iain, Joel, Shay and Philip announced that after 11 years in business, Kids In Glass Houses would split in October after a final tour. "I think some bands can hold on too long and lose something in the process. We always wanted to do it on our own terms and now is just the right time for us," said frontman Aled Phillips at the time. The saddest of sad face.

MY CHEMICAL ROMANCE UNVEIL 'FAKE YOUR DEATH'. ARE STILL DEAD.
January saw the announcement of their final retrospective release, but it wasn't until February this year that My Chemical Romance fans would hear the band's final, final, last ever song. We still maintain that the oh-so-cruelly-titled 'Fake Your Death' was the perfect bookend to their legacy.

THE ROCK SOUND IMPERICON EXPOSURE TOUR BEGINS, SHIT GETS WEIRD
Four bands, six dates and an awful lot of mosh: the Rock Sound Impericon Exposure tour with We Came As RomansChunk! FALL OUT BIRD BECOMES A THING, RUINS LIVES
Remember Flappy Bird? You know, that mobile phone game with the bird? He flapped, if that helps you remember. Latching on to the crazw, Fall Out Boy released their own version a few weeks later where you had to guide Pete, Patrick, Joe and Andy through a valley of pointy guitars. It was more fun than we're making it sound, honest...

WE ARE THE IN CROWD'S MIKE FERRI DOES THE BEST STAGEDIVE EVER
While they were over for their UK headline tour, we gave We Are The In Crowd access to our Instagram account for a day. They posted photos of dressing rooms and other par-for-the-course tour stuff. Oh, and Mike Ferri posted a video of his mid-set stagedive. Ever seen one of those before? Thought not.

A DAY TO REMEMBER BRING DOWN THE HOUSE IN LONDON
Midway through what turned out to be a triumphant UK tour, A Day To Remember played London's Alexandra Palace and filmed the occasion for an (as-yet-unnanounced) DVD. As you can see in the photo below, the band played outside a house and Jeremy McKinnon hung out in a zorb ball, for a start. To see more photos of what went down that night, check out this gallery.
