Manchester Orchestra have taken on a cover of ‘Table For Glasses’, whilst Jimmy Eat World have covered ‘Telepath’.

The two covers arrive just a month out from their co-headline North American ‘Amplified Echoes Tour’, which kicks off in Missoula, Montana on July 11.

Expressing his admiration for his band’s soon-to-be co-headliners, as well as their thinking behind the cover, Jimmy Eat World’s Jim Adkins has said:

“Manchester Orchestra is great at sitting you down, spinning your chair around and stopping it to show you are now somewhere else.

“We knew if we were going to cover an immersive song like ‘Telepath,’ we’d have to commit to ‘stopping the chair’ at bizzaro-Jimmy Eat World universe.”

Manchester Orchestra’s cover of ‘Table For Glasses’, meanwhile, comes after the band’s recent EP, ‘The Valley Of Vision’, which arrived in March.

The Atlanta, Georgia band’s Andy Hull has said: “It was an absolute honour to trade covers with one of our favourite bands.

“We approached our cover with admiration for the original and had a blast exploring all of its spacious corners.”

Fans who purchase a VIP package to one of the upcoming co-headline shows will receive a limited edition tour t-shirt and poster, along with the 7” vinyl that includes both tracks.
