Botch Announce First Shows In 20 Years

It’s happening. Botch are going to be playing their first shows in two decades You’re not dreaming.

Botch are the very definition of legend. A band that have helped to shape the face of modern heavy music despite not being active for two decades, their discography is one of intense influence.

And for many years, it seemed as though there was no chance of them getting back together and doing the thing again.

That is until now.

On top of re-issuing their classic album ‘We Are The Romans’ and releasing a new song called ‘One Twenty Two’ a few weeks ago, the band have now revealed that they will be playing two shows next year.

They will be playing The Showbox in Seattle on February 24 and 25, the same place where they played their last show on June 15, 2002, with The Blood Brothers, Harkonen and Playing Enemy.

Tickets are going to be on sale from today (October 21).

The announcement comes in the wake of the band actually playing a surprise set at a birthday party this past weekend.

Here’s some footage of that:

And here’s ‘One Twenty Two’, which appears as a bonus track on the ‘We Are The Romans’ reissue
