"‘TIHTWS’ is the sound of band who know what they are good at and are good at what they know, and there’s nothing wrong with that."

Silverstein’s latest effort sees the seminal post-hardcore crew following much the same sing / scream formula they have for the past decade-and-a-bit. This is no bad thing. Which of their peers can claim to have released an album as engaging and intense as when they first put music to tape over a decade ago? Exactly, so while some will be disappointed that it fails to be the game changer it never promised to be, ‘TIHTWS’ is the sound of band who know what they are good at and are good at what they know, and there’s nothing wrong with that.
