A whole heap of bitter, angry offerings backed up by super-double-slick production

Question: what do you get when you cross ex-members of Chiodos, Story of The Year, From First To Last and Matchbook Romance? Answer: a whole heap of bitter, angry offerings backed up by super-double-slick production, the biggest throw-your-fist-skyward choruses imaginable, heavy-handed, chugging guitar lines, what sounds like hundreds of layers of soaring vocals and, ultimately, teenage dreams come true. As if Craig Owens wasn’t busy enough already, the supergroup of sorts will hit our shores in March on their debut UK jaunt as D.R.U.G.S. and will no doubt set dancefloors alight countrywide.

D.R.U.G.S. Part Ways With Bassist

D.R.U.G.S. have parted ways with their bassist Adam Russell. In a statement on the band's Facebook, it’s made clear that Adam has left the band of his own accord, and pretty amicably too, from the looks of things:

"It is with bittersweet sentiment that we announce some news today. Our bass player, Adam Russell, has made the personal decision to move on from Destroy Rebuild Until God Shows to pursue other opportunities.
While we are happy to see him make a choice that will ultimately be best for him, of course, we are sad to see him go. Please know that we remain close friends and supporters of Adam, and that there are no hard feelings.”

D.R.U.G.S fans shouldn’t worry too much though; the recent line-up change won’t affect their tour dates, as their personal friend Tai Wright will be stepping in…

”Rest assured this will not affect our current tour schedule. Our close friend, Tai “Never Wrong, Always” Wright, will be filling in on bass duties on the upcoming SIN Tour which starts Thursday in Chicago. Go to our Facebook page for dates & ticket links: Facebook.com/DRUGS"
