Everyone's favourite pop-punk band return with another album of uplifting tunes...

Bowling For Soup are back, doing what BFS do best – upbeat, uplifting, foot-tapping songs. Don’t listen to this expecting hardcore angst and stick-it-to-the-man anthems, but if you’re looking for something to make you smile and get stuck in your head then you could do worse than this. Even the morosely titled ‘This Ain’t My Day’ has bounce to it, while ‘Friends, Chicks, Guitars’ doesn’t take a rocket scientist to work out what the content matter is. The surprisingly sentimental ‘Graduation Trip’ stands out, as does ‘Guard My Heart’. Nothing groundbreaking, but sure to keep fans of the band happy.
