The Kabeedies may well provide the soundtrack to many such occasions. You envy that kid for a while, and then you’ve had enough. ‘Rumpus’ suffers from its one-dimensionality. Sure, ‘Petroleum Jelly’ tries to offer a slower pace, but mostly these are direct, angular pop songs aimed straight at your throat, like
