There’s no pomp about
Chris T-T’s sound; its modesty would undermine his talent were it not for the brilliance of his lyrics and the subtle quality of his music. Folk has almost become a dirty four-letter word, but
Chris writes songs that affirm its relevance; he has the ability, in songs like ‘In The Halfway House (I Don’t Sleep Around)’ to touch one’s soul. He’s a brilliant wordsmith and an excellent musician, who’s able to convey emotions from a third-person and personal perspective with enviable class.
Chris T-T is a folk singer, and he’s brilliant; if you write him off, your life won’t be better for it.
