All Forgotten - Transitions

Rating: 6

‘Transitions’, the debut EP from Surrey five-piece All Forgotten, is unfortunately much of the same from another one of the UK’s hotly tipped acts for 2010. If you’re a fan of bands like You Me At Six and We Are The Ocean then you’re bound to love this, but if you’re fed up of the over-saturated screamo / emo / pop-punk / whatever-you-want-to-label-it-as scene then you’ll probably get bored of this quite quickly. While it all fits well together musically and the production is spot-on, there’s nothing here that’s unique, and it’s a shame because All Forgotten have heaps of potential, they just need to take a risk…
