Controversy rages over a change in the Boys Like Girls ranks.
This past Sunday, November 20th, Boys Like Girls’ bassist, Bryan Donahue, announced that he has been asked to leave the band.
Posting on his Twitter account, Donahue has said: "BLG fans: please know that I had no part in the decision of me leaving. Getting kicked out hurts more than you know. I love every one of you".
The band have made no comment as yet but frontman Martin Johnson has reportedly claimed that the reason behind the change was Bryan being too focused on his side projects, Early Morning Blues and The Tower And The Fool.
This announcement comes only one day after BLG posted a video announcing their forthcoming 3rd album. The video can be viewed below.
In a new interview with Wondering Sound, the Blink-182 man opens up about those crucial years of the band, adding that their label would "make it look like we really were some kind of erotic boy band or some shit".
