Young Guns: ‘A Gig Isn’t About Lights…It’s About Having Fun’
A lesson in making the best of any situation...

In the latest issue of Rock Sound we head backstage with Young Guns as they played their largest headline show to date at The Forum in London.
A night to remember? For sure, especially when all the lights in the venue stopped working. Yup, when shit happens...
"I had a feeling it wasn't going to get fixed," singer Gustav Wood said. "After a while I was told we had two choices. I said, 'There aren't two choices. We play either way - with lights or without'. This is one of the shows we've dreamed of doing ever since we started this band, no way were we going to pull the plug. A gig isn't about lights and shit man, it's about having fun."
