You Me At Six Announce 2012 Headline Tour
These will be the band's most explosive shows ever – and they're taking Kids In Glass Houses with them. Party times ahead.
Josh Franceschi announced the news onstage at Brixton Academy on Saturday night, but here's confirmation: next year You Me At Six will play a massive headline tour with Kids In Glass Houses as main support.
This will be their first UK dates of the new year, and will come off the back of the band's appearance at Soundwave Festival in Australia.
"These shows have been a bit laid-back, but the March shows will have a big production," guitarist Max Helyer told Rock Sound. "Curtain drops, big stages, loads of equipment and potentially loads of stuff we’ve never done before. And we’ll be playing a lot more songs from ‘Sinners Never Sleep’ – I’m looking forward to it.
"It’ll have more of a bang and more of a visual effect than anything we’ve done before. Our goal is for people to walk away thinking, ‘Holy shit – I didn’t just see a band play tonight, I saw a show.’"
Hear that? Craziest shows ever. Exciting.
