Rival Schools frontman Walter Schreifels has announced that he will be releasing his debut solo album on Big Scary Monsters Records.

BSM, home of Kevin Devine, Talons and Pulled Apart By Horses, will be offering up the new record from the devilishly handsome vocalist in April.

The ten track album will be called 'An Open Letter To The Scene' and it will feature covers of CIV's 'Don't Gotta Prove It' and Agnostic Front's 'Society Sucker'.

'Arthur Lee's Lullaby', the opening track from the record (see video below), is this weeks installment of the 10 Collection, expect some tour dates from the man this Spring and new Rival Schools material before the year is out. Good times!
